Pastor Michelle Ford Johnson is one of the next generation ministers whom God has empowered to preach the gospel in this end-time. An anointed woman of God, she answered the call to the preaching ministry in 1989. Since that time her preaching, as well as her gift of music has opened doors for her to travel throughout the United States and overseas.

Born the eldest daughter to the late Bishop Andrew James Ford, Sr. and Mother Elrita Ford, Pastor Johnson was raised in the holiness church since birth and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost at age nine. She remained faithful and devoted to her parents’ ministry throughout their lives until God called them from labor to reward. From 1993 until 2006 "Pastor J" as she is affectionately known, served as an Associate Pastor of Ford Memorial Temple located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Her obedience to the divine mantle upon her life and God's divine instructions resulted in the birthing of Serenity Christian Worship Center Inc., in December 2006. The ministry is located in the South Jersey area. Not only is Pastor J a dynamic preacher, she is also a gifted singer and musician. She is married to Minister Duane L. Johnson, Sr., and has a son and daughter. She received her education through the Philadelphia public school system and later attended Temple University. She is a graduate of Eastern Theological Seminary with a Diploma in Pastoral Studies, received her Associate of Arts Degree from Eastern University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Ministry Leadership from Geneva College.

God has blessed Pastor J with a unique ministry in the area of administration. She also has a sincere passion for re-establishing family principles to the Body of Christ. “Her ultimate goal is to abound in the work of the Lord, and to minister to lost souls, because being anointed, and in the Will of God is all that matters.”
